Biography
Erica received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Sciences, Business Administration and Psychology from the University of Mary and her Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Minot State University. She worked throughout her undergraduate schooling and spent her speech clinical practicum in both the education system and private practice.

What do you like most about working with children?
Erica feels that when working with children, you are reminded to have fun and that not everything needs to be so serious all the time. She loves watching as they grow and learn because everything is so new and exciting for them – they have a way to make everyday a fun and exciting adventure!
What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
Erica loves to read and enjoys spending time outdoors, especially relaxing at the lake.
